I'm Pete. I design ads that actually convert - my recent campaigns are pulling numbers that make the CFO happy. I build tools so my team doesn't waste time, and think most ads today sound like elevator music.
Currently at Capital.com as a Marketing Creative Designer working on conceptual ads, art direction, and performance campaigns. I make fintech look like something people actually want to use. I connect business goals with design so tightly they can't separate. That's the job.
Who I am
I don't like corporate command chains. I don't like micromanagement. I prefer doing first instead of asking and waiting.
I know how to make dynamic, eye-catching ads. I understand media nowadays - what cuts through the noise, why most ads are forgettable, how to make ones that aren't. I'm anti elevator music. Everything I touch needs to have a pulse.
I build tools for my design team so they don't waste time on repetitive shit. I vibe-code when something's broken instead of writing a ticket and hoping. I'm straightforward. If an idea sucks, I'll tell you. If something doesn't make sense, I'll push back. I'll also build whatever you need instead of waiting around.
Working together
I'm full-time at Capital.com, but I take freelance projects that are actually interesting. Based in Poland (CET), but I'm a night owl. Timezone stuff isn't real for me anyway.
If you're hiring for design leadership, want to collaborate, or just want to see what I'm building, let's talk!
