1. Overview
I respect your privacy because I’m a person, not a data-farming corporation. I only collect the absolute minimum data required to make the Trading Charts for Figma plugin work and to process your subscription.
2. What Data I Collect
Account Info: When you buy a Pro license, I collect your email address to send you the license key and important product updates.
Payment Data: All payments are processed by Stripe. I do not see or store your full credit card number. Stripe processes the transaction and tells me if it was successful.
Plugin Usage: The plugin runs inside Figma. I do not store your designs, your Figma files, or the data you paste into the chart generator. That data stays local to your Figma instance.
3. How I Use Your Data
- To verify your Pro License key.
- To send you invoices and receipts.
- To provide customer support if you email me.
- To notify you of critical bug fixes or major version releases.
4. Third-Party Services
I use trusted third-party services to handle the heavy lifting:
Stripe: For secure payment processing. Read Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Figma: The plugin relies on the Figma API to function. Read Figma's Privacy Policy.
5. Your Rights
You can ask me to delete your email from my database at any time by contacting hi@petebaran.com. Note that deleting your data will result in the cancellation of your Pro subscription as I will no longer be able to validate your license.
